Shoulder mobility

Shoulder structure is the most complex component of the body. The shoulder girdle works hard at balancing tensions, being an area of transition and buffer of shock. Dysfunction in the ribcage or diaphragm can cause differences in muscle tone from either side. Shoulder mobility is often affected by the Viscerosomatic reflex of the liver and stomach.

There are AC( Acromioclavicular) joint and Sternoclavicular joint abduction and horizontal adduction lesions. There are trigger points on rotator cuffs which can cause a major portion of the pain in the shoulder , along with clicks and grinding noises and loss of mobility.

Here, in Pure Wellness, I will choose the best technique for my clients to loose the restriction and pain in 1-3 sessions. The fastest record of achieving the free range of movement is 20 minutes.
